Tell Your Story

Your experience matters. Sharing what happened to you can help other workers and strengthen the fight for fair treatment.

Why Your Voice Counts

When American workers are displaced — whether through offshoring, replacement by foreign visa holders, or other practices — individual stories can feel isolated. But these experiences are part of a larger pattern. By telling your story, you help build a collective record that can drive change.

Protecting U.S. Workers is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting displaced U.S. citizen workers. We believe that every worker's account adds weight to the cause of protecting American jobs.

What to Share

  • Your job role and how long you held it before displacement.
  • How you were notified of your termination or layoff.
  • Whether you were asked to train a replacement worker.
  • Any severance or termination agreement you were asked to sign.
  • How the experience affected you and your family.

How Your Story Helps

Shared accounts can reveal patterns of corporate behavior, inform legal strategies, and alert other workers who may face similar situations. Your story may also be used — with your permission — to raise public awareness and support advocacy efforts.

We respect your privacy. You can choose to share anonymously or with your name attached. Every submission is treated confidentially.
